Debiotech's partner, JMS introduced the IV Exprés^TM during the Japanese Pain Clinic Academic Society 36th conference, held at the World Convention Center in Miyazaki City, Japan on 18-20 July 2002. This conference was attended by approximately 2500 physicians. JMS is marketing the multi functional infusion pump under the trademark, i-Fusor^TM.

JMS will launch the i-Fusor^TM during the fourth quarter of 2002. The i-Fusor^TM is Debiotech's micropump for hospital and homecare use. It combines ease of use with a variety of infusion modes for multiple therapies including PCA, Dose, Continuous and TPN with advanced features, such as remote communication and survey. At the end of last year, Debiotech licensed the pump to JMS for the Japanese market.

With its dominant market presence, JMS also has forty sales offices in Japan which are efficiently managed and linked by an on-line computer network to provide excellent service to the local health care needs. This puts JMS in the best position to market and sell i-Fusor^TM Pump system in Japan.
