Easy manufacturing

Assembly of the DebioJECT® with the drug vial takes place at the end of your production line without any modification of the latter. Clipping the sterile DebioJECT® (including the prefilled syringe) on top of the drug vial is done, using fully automated equipment.

Guarantee of sterility

The DebioJECT® includes a prefilled steam sterilized syringe. There is no contact between solvent and needle during storage. Shelf-life is guaranteed for more than three years.

The disposable pre-filled glass syringe

Is made of :

• A USP Type I glass barrel (available volumes ranging from 1 to 10 ml) with a baked-on medical grade silicone emulsion enabling smooth sliding of the plunger ;
• The adequate pre-filled solvent for reconstitution of your lyophilized product or powder ;/li>
• Pharmaceutical grade Bromobutyl rubber plunger and stopper which guarantees a perfect seal of the barrel ;
• A sharp needle (IV, IM or SC type, with or without luer connector), silicone treated and fitted patented bypass chamber hub ;
• A polypropylene finger grip ;
• A polypropylene plunger rod.
