The CT Expres contrast media injector designed and developed by Debiotech offers a radically new approach for contrast injection: the 3 way Syringe-less Injector allows injections directly from two contrast media bottles of any brand and volume, from 50 cc to 500 cc, plus one saline bag. It was introduced on the market in 2007 by Swiss Medical Care SA, a Debiotech spin-off acquired by Bracco Imaging SpA in 2011.

Features

    • “Syringe less” injector
    • Plug and play concept with a quick, simple and clean patient set installation (no syringe filling)
    • No risk of cross contamination
    • Air detector to prevent any risk of air injection into the patient
    • Cassette-based system limiting pressure needed to inject into the patient
    • Equipped with two bottles of up to 500ml of Contrast Media each and one Saline bag of up to 3L
    • “Automatic Switch Over” between the two bottles limiting usual wastage of contrast within the syringes
